Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Station 1923 (www.station1923.com). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays unless otherwise specified.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email and share updates via social media.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Unless otherwise specified, all packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that delivery delays may occur.

Station 1923 ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Station 1923 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Station 1923 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S.

 

Returns and Refunds

We stand by the high quality and fresh ingredients used to prepare Station 1923 products, and desire to provide our customers with excellent service. For the safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns on any orders — opened or unopened.

If you believe your order does not meet our standards of quality, contains an error, or you are otherwise dissatisfied, please contact owner@station1923 within 14 business days with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos (if necessary).

Please note that Station 1923 is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. For issues related to delivery, please contact USPS with your tracking number directly.

Refunds will be provided at the sole discretion of Station 1923, and therefore are not guaranteed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the event you are refunded, the refund will be issued back to your original form of payment.
